Refund & Exchanges
If your product ordered was delivered incorrectly or received in a damaged condition, you may write to us within 24 hours from the date of delivery describing your report and we’ll investigate into the matter.
All refund requests can be submitted through our website contact form, or Customer Care Line (+6017-6822350)
All items will be delivered the next working day upon order confirmation via SMS.

We support deliveries within Klang Valley.
Delivery Charges & Couriers
Charges apply to some areas or minimum orders not met. Do write to us for delivery outside the Klang Valley.
All deliveries are fulfilled by the following engaged courier companies of DSR Fruits Sdn Bhd; Pos Malaysia and DHL eCommerce.
